All Custom Closets Corporation is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team in Bay Shore, NY! Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in the production of custom closet components
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminate, and other materials according to job specifications
- Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols

- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and delivery goals
- Prior experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to operate power tools, saws, and CNC or panel processing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or cut sheets
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have a valid Drivers License
