Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Job Description
Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
Duties include:
- Medication Administration, including IVs
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome
- Provide resident and family education
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals
- Supervising CNAs
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Salary: Up to $42 an hour
