As a Quality Assurance Specialist in our food production facility, you will serve as a critical guardian of product integrity and consumer safety. By leveraging your expertise in food safety protocols and inspection standards, you will drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes and ensure every item meets our high-quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive pre-operational inspections and in-process quality evaluations to maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
- Validate sanitation efficacy and oversee environmental monitoring programs to mitigate biological risks.
- Champion a culture of quality by training production staff on precise inspection techniques and accurate documentation practices.
- Maintain meticulous FSQA records to ensure seamless audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze quality deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold rigorous food safety and quality management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of HACCP principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and basic microbiology.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs in varied temperature environments.
- Technical certification or specialized training in food safety management.
- Proven ability to lead or mentor team members in quality procedures.
- Experience utilizing digital or paper-based quality management systems for data tracking.
