You’ll be a hands-on extension of FSQA leadership, elevating food safety culture on the floor.
What You’ll Achieve Pre‑op readiness: complete inspection routines before start-up and confirm sanitation sign-offs.
Process control: conduct line checks, verify critical limits, and evaluate finished products.
Verification: review environmental monitoring outcomes and escalate nonconformances.
Documentation: maintain accurate, legible FSQA records to keep audits frictionless.
Capability building: train associates on inspection techniques and documentation best practices.
Continuous improvement: support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
What You BringHS diploma or equivalent; technical food safety coursework preferred.
2+ years in FSQA/QA within food manufacturing.
Comfort with HACCP, GMPs, and foundational microbiology.
Physical & Safety Expectations Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Work effectively in hot and cold environments; wear PPE consistently.
