We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our food company. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards for food safety, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Manage inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, lot tracking, and product rotation.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, temperature control, and quality standards are followed.
- Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees.
- Monitor orders and shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and food-safety records.
- Ensure proper and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Identify and resolve inventory, shipping, and operational issues.
salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year

- Previous warehouse or supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
