Warehouse Associate – Repacking & Shipping Preparation

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Repack products according to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and palletizing.
• Inspect products for damage or packaging issues before shipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse work spaces.
• Load, unload, and move products as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

• Warehouse setting with regular lifting, standing, and movement throughout the day.

Salary Target Range: $16.00 p/h - $18.75 p/h. Bonus Eligible
