Repair Bay Working Supervisor - nights
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Repair Bay Working Supervisor based in the Cheshire area.
This role is on a temp-to-perm basis and is site-based.

The RoleThis role is for a Repair Bay Working Supervisor —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HGVs and trailers.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Safety checks in line with company and legal requirements.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and apply effective solutions.
We're looking for people who can show:
- HGV Technician / Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable).
- Commercial vehicle repair & maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HGV systems, including hydraulics, brakes and suspension.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and able to interpret wiring diagrams.
- A current HGV Licence (Class 1 or
2) is desirable but not essential.
- Hourly rate starting from £27.45 PAYE
