Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan Kuwait As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and monitoring their performance

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance and support when needed
• Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
• Train new employees on company products policies and procedures
• Prepare regular sales reports for management

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required
