Sales Executive

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information to clients about features benefits and pricing
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate terms of agreements with clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth sales process
• Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote the companys products
• Keep updated on industry trends competitors activities and market conditions

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the sales field 1+ year
• Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others effectively
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Willingness to work in Bayan Kuwait
