Carpenter Supervisor

We are a construction company based in Bayan seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team. As an English-speaking job we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have experience in carpentry and supervision. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter and 2 years of experience as a supervisor.

• Manage and supervise a team of carpenters on various projects
• Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Train and mentor new team members
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure timely completion
• Communicate with project managers and clients regarding any issues or concerns
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent carpentry skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
