Project Manager (Owner's Representative)

Location: New Jersey

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000+ Bonus

About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on several large-scale solar projects in Puerto Rico, while also supporting commercial and development projects throughout New Jersey.

The successful candidate will act as the Owner's Representative, managing projects from planning through completion while coordinating contractors, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and project teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues
• Review contracts, project documentation, and reports
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Travel to project sites as required

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction or development
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience working with owners, consultants, and contractors
• Solar or renewable energy experience is a plus
• PMP certification is preferred but not required

• $150,000 - $170,000+ Base Salary
