- Flexibility and adaptability in a school setting, whether in the classroom or assisting campus staff
- Strong classroom management to keep students learning, on task and engaged
- Effectively deliver lesson plans to drive student learning and high levels of student engagement
- Ability to build relationships with students
- Show up daily with a positive and professional attitude
GE roles may include small group instruction, tutoring, full classroom facilitation, mentorship, enrichment, coaching, early childhood care, administrative support and more.
Scheduling is flexible and on an "as needed" basis. We are looking for individuals with weekly availability of at least 3 days each week. Long‑term and full‑time opportunities may also be available in your area.
Qualifications- High school diploma and 30 college credits
- NJ Substitute Certification; willing to obtain a CARI at district request
$120 per day
* Subject to change as based on campus and network contracts
