• Participate in the entire system development lifecycle and support applications in the document processing, printing and mail business.
• Define enterprise communication framework and standards.
• Design scalable batch and on-demand document generation solutions.
• Establish communication orchestration workflows.
• Create integration architecture with upstream and downstream systems.
• Work closely with multiple teams (Interfacing CORE applications, project team, database administrator, developers, architect) on different platforms (like Unix, include windows, AIX, mainframe).
• Build and maintain reusable artifacts to process high volume data, invoke CCM Tool to compose documents.
• Deploy code across multiple environments from test to production.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide production support and development of applications for Document Delivery Technology team.

• Help develop standard for best practice and maintain documentation.
• Technology Lead to development and implementation teams.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews.
• Define development standards and best practices.
• Mentor CCM developers and technical leads.
• Support estimation, planning, and technical governance.
• Provide technical guidance during delivery lifecycle.

• Experience in Open Text Exstream Live and Empower.
• Experience in migration from Exstream on-prem to Exstream Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience in Content Author, Communications Designer.
• Experience in Communication Server.
• Experience in Exstream Webapps.
• Strong scripting background.
• Knowledge of different platforms, Mainframe, Unix & Windows.
• Experience in end-to-end migration project using accelerators and DXF.
• Experience in DXF architecture.
• Experience in Dynamic data import.
• Experience in Sorting and bundling and data aggregation.
• Ability to organize weekly status calls.
• Metrics & Measurements.

• Experience implementing other CCM systems like Smart
  
  COMM, Quadient, Ghost Draft.
• Ability to identify and implement cost saving and performance tuning activities.
