We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) operations and hands‑on expertise in Net Suite ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing general ledger accounting, month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Role & responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end R2R activities, including General Ledger accounting and financial close processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting‑related issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives and Net Suite optimization efforts.
