Candidate will support and oversee payment control activities within the Payment Control Gateway (PCG), ensuring accurate payment validation, effective risk management, and adherence to control procedures.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex payment scenarios in a high-risk operational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and oversee daily payment control activities, reviewing payment decisions related to release, hold, or escalation.
- Act as the primary escalation point for high-risk payment scenarios, ensuring compliance with control procedures and audit standards.
- Drive root cause analysis, identify control gaps, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance detection accuracy and operational efficiency.
