Full-time Regular Admin Support Worker Bayonne, NJ, US

Salary Range: $23.00 To $27.00 Hourly

The Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for handling ACH, wires, account processing, supports audits and compliance, resolves customer issues, and monitors for fraud.

• Deliver superior customer service and resolve complex account issues.
• Process ACH files and domestic/international wires; monitor for fraud.
• Process NSF, overdrafts, stop payments, collections, and GL balancing.
• Process all Government Reclamations, levies, and subpoenas.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, audits, and regulations.
• Oversee fraud prevention, quality control, and risk management.
• Prepare reports, assist with special projects, and support profitability goals.

• College degree preferred; related work experience required.
• Minimum three years Bank deposit operations required.
• Working knowledge of processing levies and subpoenas.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and banking applications.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking and compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: including use of professional and clear verbal communication and writing skills..

• Ability to travel to branches, off-site training, and/or meetings as required
