Client Operations Associate – Investment Management

Our client is seeking a Client Operations Associate to join its investment management team, supporting Portfolio Managers and Client Service across trade implementation, portfolio monitoring, compliance, and client account data.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad exposure to portfolio administration, trading, risk/compliance, data analysis, and investment operations.

• Create trades for client accounts and strategies as directed by Portfolio Managers or clients
• Monitor portfolios for adherence to investment guidelines, strategy models, and risk controls
• Communicate portfolio compliance issues to Portfolio Managers and Senior Management
• Support daily ETF Capital Markets activity in coordination with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Operations
• Assist with new client onboarding and account setup
• Maintain data integrity across client records and systems
• Participate in operational and cross-functional projects

• Bachelor’s degree and strong interest in investment management
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; portfolio administration experience a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
