You will coordinate the training needs of client employees and manage external training programs. Responsibilities include implementing training programs aligned with client needs and liaising with external suppliers for courses and materials. The primary focus is on coordinating delivery through external providers or serving as a trainer for established courses.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.

Preferred: Ability to work independently.
