Data Center Technician - Parsippany, NJ

Core Weave is an AI infrastructure platform company providing cloud services for artificial intelligence workloads. As a Data Center Technician, you will maintain the availability and reliability of Core Weave's data center environments through hands‑on hardware diagnostics, physical repair, and infrastructure support in a mission‑critical, on‑site role.

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs, including root cause analysis of failures
• Assemble, install, and maintain server and networking hardware, including developing scripts for updates
• Respond to on‑site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes during on‑call rotations
• Train internal teams, develop documentation, and maintain inventory
• Travel up to 10% of the time to other data center locations as required

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly
• Experience working with Linux operating systems
• Experience in data center environments
• Ability to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces and work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Availability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment with rotating on‑call shifts

• Experience with computer networking
• Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT‑related field

Base salary $65,000–$83,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity awards.
