Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

As a Sortation Clerk, you will be a central part of our Shipping and Receiving team, reporting directly to the Supervisor. You are the operational hub, ensuring that team members have the data and support they need to succeed. Your role is critical in maintaining the flow of information and resolving issues swiftly to keep our distribution center running at peak performance.

• Data & Performance:
  Running reports in systems like SAP and Manhattan to track productivity, quality, and safety metrics, and communicating these insights to your team.
• Team Enablement:
  Training new team members and temporary workers on our processes and providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Process Coordination:
  Printing and managing all necessary shipping paperwork, ensuring adherence to all guidelines and policies while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Problem-Solving:
  Proactively addressing operational issues as they arise and demonstrating the agility to pivot between tasks to meet the day's demands.
