Part Time | Evening & Night Shifts Available

Pay: $40.33–$52.33/hour

Based on experience and shift differentials

What You'll Do:

Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and enteral nutrition per physician orders, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor and recognize changes in residents' conditions, reporting promptly to physicians or licensed staff as appropriate.
Complete required documentation, including EHR notes, MDS/RAP contributions, and incident reports.
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and support care plan goals.
Participate in ongoing training, in-services, and professional development to maintain competency and compliance.

RN Requirements:

Current and active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
