Registered Nurse; RN - Hospice

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care as ordered.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors’ orders accurately and execute them in a timely manner.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base pay: $50–$52 per hour, negotiable based on qualifications.
