Job Description
Elaya Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with diabetes management experience and other endocrinology needs. Ability to make up to $90 per hour.
Responsibilities- Our NP will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, including medical management and patient education.
- Will manage use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors and related diabetes technology.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of 6 months work experience
- Registered as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Jersey
- New York state license
