As an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) (ADON), you will play a critical role on our clinical team—leading infection prevention initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices that protect the health and safety of our residents and staff.

  Full‑time, including on‑call rotation once per month

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous long‑term care experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing is preferred, but not required
• Prior experience managing staff requiredli>
• Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care
• Oversee the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
• Recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
