Job Description

Elaya Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with diabetes management experience and other endocrinology needs.

The position offers compensation up to $90 per hour.

The NP will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, manage weight, and provide medical management and patient education. The NP will manage insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology. The NP works as part of a team supervised by top endocrinologists in New Jersey.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• At least 6 months of work experience.
• Registered as a Nurse Practitioner in NJ State.
• NY license.
