This is a full‑time, on‑site individual contributor role for an Inside Sales Director at our Bayonne, NJ location. The role entails driving new business with existing clients, winning new client business, taking new products to market nationwide, developing and implementing sales strategies. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, cultivating client relationships, achieving revenue goals. The position requires being a self‑starter, highly motivated, strong communication, and a focus on achieving sales performance excellence.

• Minimum 10 Years of sales experience in this industry with contact list is a must.
• Proven expertise in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and sales to build and sustain positive customer relationships, and execution on bringing new products to market nationwide.
• Proficiency in sales, including strategy development, execution, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus.

BASE PAY STARTING $125K with Bonus and Commissions
