Role Overview :

Join us at the forefront of enterprise AI, building intelligent agentic systems that reason, plan, and take action across complex business workflows. You will design and implement Python-based agents that orchestrate models, tools, and data to automate real-world decision-making s role blends deep engineering with cutting-edge AI—working on everything from agent frameworks and APIs to safety, observability, and performance. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using
** Python.
*** Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
* Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices - also with assistance of LLM.
* Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end‐to‐end solutions.
* Mentor junior and mid‐level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
* Drive improvements in code quality, tooling, CI/CD, and engineering processes.
* Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues when needed.
** Required Qualifications
*** 8-10 plus years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on
** Python
* ** Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as
** FastAPI, Flask
** or similar
* Experience building and consuming
** MCPs, RESTful APIs** (and/or
** Graph

QL**)
* Hands-on experience with
** cloud platforms** - Azure experience preferred.
* Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
* Experience with
** unit testing, integration testing**, and test automation
* Proficiency with
** Git
* * and collaborative development workflows
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with designing and building
** agentic platforms.
*** Experience with
** microservices architecture
*** Familiarity with
** Docker, Kubernetes**, or container orchestration
* Exposure to
** event-driven systems**, message queues (Kafka, Rabbit

MQ)
* Knowledge of
** CI/CD pipelines

* Experience working in high-scale, production environments.
* Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers.

SALARY:
The estimated salary range for this position is $ - $200,,000.00 per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, MSIG USA will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
