Job Description
Responsibilities- Lead and assist warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow.
- Help coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, put-away, and inventory activities.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and work performance.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with assigning tasks and distributing workload throughout the shift.
- Train and provide guidance to new and existing warehouse employees.
- Help maintain accurate inventory and proper product organization.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Monitor warehouse organization and ensure work areas remain clean and safe.
- Follow and enforce company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- 1-2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Previous Team Lead, Lead Associate, Supervisor, or senior warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
- Ability to lead by example and effectively communicate with a team.
