We are partnering with a growing industrial supply and distribution company seeking two Accounts Payable Clerks to join their team. • Match purchase orders to invoices and verify accuracy prior to processing
• Perform high-volume invoice entry and Accounts Payable data entry
• Communicate with buyers and internal departments regarding invoice discrepancies and approvals
• Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation
• Assist with resolving invoice and payment issues in a timely manner
• Support daily accounting and administrative functions within the AP department
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness while managing multiple priorities

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting team
