Job Description We’re hiring a Bilingual Personal / Executive Assistant for our Baytown, TX. client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Bilingual Personal / Executive Assistant
Baytown, TX
8am-5pm M-F
Maintain communications between vendors and VP of Sourcing;
Follow-up regarding shipping schedules, quality issues, etc., and maintain detailed notes on each vendor;
Review and manage emails;
Run weekly reports;
Assist in developing SOP’s;
Schedule meetings, email and calendar management for VP of Sourcing.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal);
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and One Note);
Must be very organized with high level of attention to detail;
Must be available to work non-traditional hours as needed to accommodate other time zones as needed
