Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform wheel alignments and suspension inspections to ensure proper vehicle handling.
  • Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top‑offs.
  • Diagnose tire‑related issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge.
  • Assist customers with selecting the right tires and explain service recommendations clearly.
  • Lift heavy tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Requirements
  • Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment.
  • Experience with tire service, wheel alignment, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment regularly while following safety guidelines.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Basic automotive diagnostics skills combined with a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
