The Traffic Planner role at Ravago Americas is a full-time, on-site position based in Baytown, TX. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating daily transportation activities, including routing, scheduling, and load optimization for inbound and outbound shipments. The Traffic Planner monitors traffic flows, carrier performance, and service levels to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. This position works closely with warehouse, production, procurement, and customer service teams to align transportation plans with operational needs and customer expectations.

The Traffic Planner also maintains accurate logistics data, supports carrier selection and tendering, addresses transportation issues or delays, and identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
