Provide leadership and guidance to scaffold crew and assist Foreman in daily operations.;
Build, position, and dismantle wooden structures and scaffolds according to blueprints or standards.;
Inspect base surfaces, select materials, and gather tools for scaffold construction.;
Assemble scaffolding with handrails, braces, planks, toe boards, and wheels to project specs.;
Ensure safety and project rules are observed; perform routine maintenance and tool cleaning.
