Our client, an industry leader in commercial flooring, has an immediate need for experienced Project Manager/Estimators in the Dallas and Houston markets. They have national contracts with major retailers and are looking for someone to manage large retail flooring projects in their respective markets. Position Responsibilities:

• Estimate and manage commercial flooring projects
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Monitor project schedules and budgets
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site project management as needed
