Required Skills:

Valid and unrestricted medical license in Texas

Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Proven experience in obstetric and hospital-based care

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to handle high-volume obstetric cases with professionalism and compassion

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in hospitalist or locum tenens settings

Ability to perform emergency procedures if needed

Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish

Preferred

Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

At least 2 years of obstetric practice experience

Previous locum or hospitalist experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

Coverage starting on December 31, 2025

Competitive hourly pay rate of $195.00

Availability for shifts on a flexible schedule

Travel and licensure reimbursement where applicable
