What We Offer The Systems Specialist will primarily be responsible for the configuration, administration, and lifecycle planning for the PCT production systems. Activities include troubleshooting, support, and development.
This is a full-time role that includes competitive pay, annual bonus potential, generous paid time off, 401K with company match, retirement contribution, tuition reimbursement, parental leave and medical, dental and vision coverage (no waiting period).
** Major Responsibilities
** Sound knowledge of PCT system(s) (DCS, HIMA, Local PLC, PI and all related interfaces, etc.)Sound knowledge of Covestro's Automation standards application Take a lead role in ensuring OT Security practices are followed
** Basic Qualifications
** Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field and at least 6 years of experience with production control systems OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and at least 3 years of experience with production control systems
** Preferred Qualifications
** Good knowledge of Engineering tools and software - SAP, Meridium
** Knowledge &
Skills:
** Proficient programming skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate self-directed and non-authoritative leadership skills Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills
