Surveyors - Travel Required - Baytown, TX
Optimized Process Designs is hiring surveyors to assist with layout, measurements, and boundary verification at oil and gas job sites near Baytown, TX. This field-based role involves physical outdoor work in high-elevation and extreme weather environments. Candidates will work with blueprints and coordinate closely with construction teams.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surveyor
- Ability to read civil, structural, and pipe drawings
- Capable of working 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate in elevated, outdoor conditions
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- 4+ years of surveyor experience
- Previous gas plant or oil & gas construction experience
- Valid Surveyor License
