FP&A Manager
- Newly created position with high visibility supporting a recently acquired $300M Division (expects to be $750M by end of 2027)
- The company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of power systems, switches, gears and enclosures specifically for data centers throughout the U.S., they are PE owned now and plans for a transaction in the next year and possibility for an IPO.
- Company is in aquisition mode, having made several acquisitions in the last 3 yrs
- Unlimited opportunity for advancement as the business continues to expand
- Position will evolve into a hybrid work schedule
- Minimum of 5yrs of FP&A experience in the manufacturing industry (inventory, cost, KPI's, etc.)
- Experience preparing/delivering reporting packages,including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year
- Experience working with operational leaders
- Financial modeling and process improvement experience
- Working for PE sponsored company experience is a plus
