We are looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated and energetic Salon Assistant Manager with proven ability to drive service and retail sales through a defined strategic plan while delivering an exceptional guest experience. • Provide a full range of hair care services offered by the salon.
• Build clientele quickly and create salon guests for life by portraying a professional image and providing exceptional services.
• Recruit and fully staff the salon.
• Maintain a current state cosmetology or barber license, or be enrolled in school to obtain the required license.
