Clinical Liaison

The Clinical Liaison is responsible for evaluating patients and determining if they meet admissions criteria, preparing development plans, conducting calls, and presenting to potential referral sources. This position must integrate company values into daily practice.

Minimum starting pay: $92,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Eligibility to participate in a monthly marketing bonus program.

• Conduct proper pre‑admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.
• Maintain assigned sales territory.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and refine territory sales plans based upon data, trends, market needs, and facility needs.
• Coordinate specific marketing and public relations activities such as conferences, exhibits, seminars/in‑services, advertising, media relations, government relations, etc., as assigned.
• Track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Participate in program development initiatives as assigned.
• Provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff; assess risks, implement precautions, and maintain safety and infection‑prevention standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and complete required trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of the organization.

• Minimum
  
  Education & Experience:
• 3years of healthcare experience required.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Required Licenses, Certifications, and Documentation:
• Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred).
• Valid, acceptable driving record, current driver’s license, and insurability.
• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures; understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc.
• Highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
• General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and complete complex tasks.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection‑prevention standards.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels of the organization.
• Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:
• Significant amount of standing, sitting, and driving for prolonged periods.
• Lifting/exertion of up to 25lbs.
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• Ability to hear overhead pages.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
• Close vision with ability to adjust focus.
