We are seeking a Lab Systems Support Technician to support a complex engineering lab environment with a mix of legacy and modern technologies
. This role requires strong expertise in Windows OS support, virtualization, and Active Directory administration
.

• Support Windows environments (XP, 7, 10, 11) including legacy configurations
• Manage Active Directory accounts and perform remote system administration
• Support domain migration projects and infrastructure upgrades
• Troubleshoot network configurations (DHCP, static IPs, multi-NIC setups)
• Maintain lab inventory and perform system reconciliation
• Support VDI and virtualization initiatives (VMware environments)
• Work with hardware interfaces (PCI, serial, parallel connections)
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades and maintenance

• Windows OS support (including legacy systems like XP)
• Active Directory & Remote Desktop support
• Networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, NIC configurations)
• Hardware troubleshooting (drivers, PCI cards, serial adapters)
• Virtualization exposure (VMware, VDI)
• Scripting knowledge (Power Shell or similar – basic level acceptable)
