RolePrimary responsibilities:
Maintenance and configuration of Microsoft 365, software images, and Citrix Virtual Apps. Basic and advanced Network Administration, System application configuration, software updates, reporting, and Help Desk escalation (HelpIS). Adheres to all policies, procedures, and standard practices of CRCU, as well as, to Federal/State Laws and Regulations pertaining to IT.
- Ensure all server-centric applications are kept up-to-date, perform all application updates, and act as subject matter specialist for applications. Applications include:
Digital Persona, Quest Password Management, Image Center, Lobby Tracker, Application XTender. - Implement and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment: licensing, SharePoint, One Drive, and serve as subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 products.
- Help Desk Escalation Point: provide third-tier support, recognize patterns, find solutions, maintain communication, and perform routine workstation setup and Windows environment administration.
- Citrix monitoring and oversight: ensure issues are addressed, maintain optimization, support On-Prem, Hybrid, Cloud, virtual application updates, WEM and UPM policies.
- Create and maintain images via Smart Deploy, install and troubleshoot client devices, develop new processes for PDQ Deploy, implement best practices, and administer Active Directory Group Policy.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education- A bachelor's degree, or
- Achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).

Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to electronics work.
May require periodic travel. There is exposure to potential hazardous conditions such as robbery. Employees are to receive detailed instructions and procedures to follow in order to minimize risk.
