Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Jr. Customer Analyst to join their team. As a Jr. Customer Analyst, you will be part of the IT support department supporting business units and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units for system development and enhancements

+ Evaluate new applications and identify system requirements

+ Assess emerging IT developments and evolving business needs, recommending suitable system solutions

+ Prepare communications and deliver presentations on system improvements and options

+ Support project managers in executing system-related initiatives
