Facilities Tech is responsible for providing and maintaining a quality presentation of the audio‑visual experience for our theaters, ensuring that the bowling and gaming areas operate at the highest level of efficiency, and performing general maintenance of the entire facility.

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of arcade games.
• Ensure all games are functioning properly and safely.
• Conduct routine checks and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
• Address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio‑visual equipment for presentations and events.
• Assist with the technical aspects of event preparation and execution.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring all maintenance work is conducted safely and in compliance with local building codes.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to support overall facility operations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond quickly to emergencies such as equipment failures or safety hazards to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for managing maintenance records.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise, and repetitive motion.
• Able to work in high places.
