JOB ORDER – ASSISTANT SLITTER OPERATOR
Position: Assistant Slitter Operator
Location: Baytown, TX
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Rotating Shifts
The Assistant Slitter Operator supports coil‑slitting operations by preparing materials, assisting with machine setup, and ensuring production runs according to work orders. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work safely in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Requirements- Experience with coil slitting
- Ability to follow work orders accurately
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
- Assist with coil‑slitting operations and machine setup
- Prepare materials according to work order specifications
- Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality
- Help with loading and unloading coils as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
