General Laborer - Gaylord Box Assembly

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and warehouse solutions, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer - Gaylord Box Assembly to join their team in Baytown, TX. As a vital part of the production process, you will support the assembly of Gaylord boxes, contributing to efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization's goals.

** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble flat Gaylord boxes into octobin containers

+ Place assembled boxes securely onto pallets

+ Build and attach box lids

+ Insert liners and pads into boxes as instructed

+ Lift, move, and handle cardboard materials weighing approximately 40-50 lbs

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

+ Endurance to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods

+ Attention to safety procedures and proper lifting techniques

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Willingness to work in a team environment
