Manufacturing Engineering Manager | Baytown, TX

We are partnering with an innovative manufacturing organization to identify a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their leadership team in Baytown, TX.

This is a newly created leadership role reporting directly to the SVP & General Manager and offers the opportunity to build, shape, and lead the manufacturing engineering function within a growing organization known for innovation, operational excellence, and a strong culture.

• Lead a team of manufacturing engineers and technical specialists
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and HSE teams
• Lead capital projects, process optimization, and manufacturing improvements
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance
• Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes and best practices
• Mentor and develop engineering talent while helping shape the future of the department

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Manufacturing engineering leadership experience
• Strong Lean, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization expertise
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, implementing change, and driving results
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic environment
