• Maintains accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and implementing strategies to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Oversee the storage and handling of materials in operations ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Implements new processes and procedures to ensure the ERP system accurately reflects the current state of inventory.

• This position will be responsible for directing or coordinating the work activities of others including but not limited to the following:
  • Yard Manager
  • Inventory Control Specialists

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles at a manufacturer
• Experience managing an hourly workforce
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with vendors
• Understanding of supply chain principles and logistics
• Experience in cost management and budgeting
• Leadership skills to manage a team of warehouse personnel
• This position may require:

• Field, Branch, Shop, & Plant Positions This position operates in an industrial/field environment. The role requires working in and around manufacturing equipment, heavy machinery, and potentially hazardous materials. While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
  • Climb stairs and ladders
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
  • Work in confined spaces when required
  • Operate heavy equipment and power tools
  • Perform repetitive movements
