Position: Heat Treat Lead
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Heat Treat Lead to join our team in Baytown, TX. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily heat treatment operations to ensure efficiency and safety.

Monitor and maintain heat treatment equipment, ensuring it operates at optimal performance.

Develop and implement heat treatment procedures and protocols to improve product quality.

Train and mentor team members on heat treatment techniques and safety practices.

Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate records of heat treatment processes and results.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metallurgy or related field preferred.

Proven experience in heat treatment processes, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of metallurgical principles and heat treatment methods.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and process monitoring.
