SUMMARY- The Facility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the general upkeep, safety, and functionality of the manufacturing facility and its support systems. This role coordinates facility-related services, manages contractors and service providers, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Facility Coordinator works closely with the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, and other departments to support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.

- Proactively support all Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and policies.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, lighting, air compressors plumbing, cranes, water treatment, chillers, camera systems, fire emergency systems and other building infrastructure.
- Schedule and oversee work performed by external contractors and service providers.
- Manage facility inspections, compliance checks, and regulatory documentation.
- Support planning and execution of facility upgrades, renovations, and shutdowns.
- Maintain records of facility assets, warranties, and service agreements.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Communicate facility status, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Manager and team.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Preferred:
Three (3) years of experience in facility coordination or management in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Experience with CMMS platform (eMaint preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of building systems and facility operations.
